What you need


  1. stick mixer
  2. a large pot
  3. a sharp knife


  1. Fresh tomatoes 1.5 kg
  2. Garlic, chopped 4 cloves
  3. Butter 25 grams
  4. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  5. Small yellow onions 4 pcs.
  6. Freshly chopped basil 4 tablespoons
  7. Freshly chopped oregano 4 tablespoons
  8. White wine vinegar 2 tablespoons
  9. Salt 2 teaspoons
  10. freshly ground pepper 1 tsp.

What you need to do

  1. Put the tomatoes in a heat-resistant bowl
  2. Pour half a liter of boiling water over the tomatoes and let it soak for a minute
  3. Remove skin from the tomatoes
  4. Chop the tomatoes coarsely and set aside
  5. Put the olive oil and butter in the pot, turn up the heat and melt the butter
  6. Add the garlic and herbs, let i fry for a few minutes while stirring.
  7. Add the onions sprinkle with salt and pepper, let i fry for a few minutes
  8. Add the vinegar, stir and add the tomatoes
  9. Bring the tomato sauce to a boil and let it simmer for 1 hour without a lid.
  10. Flavor the sauce with salt and pepper and allow it to cool down
  11. Blend the sauce with a stick mixer
